Residents are reminded that while they are welcome to attend, this is not a general HOA member meeting. The board conducts their business during these monthly meetings, sometimes asking for input from committee members and others present. A Q&A session for residents is usually included at the end of the meeting.
This blog is for news items, stories, photos, opinions, and other good stuff related to The Esplanade and our downtown Tacoma neighborhood. Guest blog posts are absolutely welcome, so please email your written items and photos for posting. Comments and guest rants are also welcome, but only if they are well-written in non-accusatory and constructive language. If you don't like those rules, get your own blog.
