Please see the notice below from building manager Jonathan Chaffin:
"The motor to the lower level garage door is leaking oil. To prevent the unit from further damage we have been asked not to use it this weekend. Parts are being ordered they will be available Monday morning. It will take approximately 4 hours to replace said motor. But the door will be left open from this evening until Monday morning when the repairs will be made. Trust me I don't like this idea either. But if the motor completely fails, the door could be stuck in a closed position. I hope you all have a pleasant weekend."
