An email notification sent by Property Manager Claire Scott today indicated that the board has hired Esplanade resident Karen DeGraw as the new building manager. Claire's notification read, in part:
"A new building manager has been selected! Karen DeGraw will be joining the Esplanade team on Monday, May 4, 2015. Karen will be in the office week days; 7-11am and 1-5pm. Over the next several days Karen will be learning the building and routine, your patience is greatly appreciated."
There was no mention of Karen's status as a recently-elected Esplanade HOA board member, or if she plans on remaining on the HOA board.
