HOA board meeting Thursday, and a drone Friday morning

The HOA board will meet on Thursday, June 9 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room. There will be committee reports, budget updates, and time for resident questions. To see an unofficial summary of the last meeting click HERE.

Also, on Friday, June 10, local ad agency JayRay will be capturing drone footage of the Thea Foss Waterway to document and celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the waterway cleanup. The expected hours of filming will be from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. While they don’t expect any disturbances for local businesses or residents, they do want people to be aware. 

Expected launching points for the drone will include: The Dock building, the south end of the Thea Foss Waterway on Dock Street, the 11th St. Bridge and the Center for Urban Waters. The drone’s flight path will be over the Thea Foss Waterway in its entirety from Dock Street to Commencement Bay (click on the map below to enlarge).
