Will bus service continue on Dock Street?

Pierce Transit is proposing the elimination of Routes 13 and 14, which run along Dock Street in front of the Esplanade. Presumably, this means residents and visitors using the bus would have to walk from Pacific Ave. More information on the proposed route changes can be seen HERE.
