- Hot water repair TuesdayOn Tuesday, 2/7, the hot water circulating pumps will be replaced. Work is to begin at 8:30 a.m. There will still be hot water but there may be a delay.
- Social Committee to host game event
On Sunday, 2/15 from 3:00 - 5:00, the Social Committee will host a "Chocolate Lovers Game Day" in the community room. There will be a variety of chocolate desserts, board games, and beverages. Click HERE for more information. Also, for anyone interested in planning future events, the Social Committee will meet on Wednesday 2/8 at 7:00 p.m. in the community room.
- Lessons learned from the 1/12 fire alarm
The Safety Committee met on 1/17 and reviewed the events on the evening of 1/12, when a building-wide fire alarm was triggered. Click HERE to read their report, which includes valuable information about the building's fire safety systems.
- HOA meeting this Thursday
The annual HOA meeting for all condo owners will be Thursday, 2/9. At this meeting the association will vote to elect two residential board members and one board member representing the building's commercial units. Any owner who would like to run for a board position is encouraged to contact the board or contact Property Manager Matt Brown as soon as possible. It is necessary that 40 votes are cast, either in person or by proxy, to elect new board members. HOA members are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting or give a proxy form to a neighbor.
