The following Foss Waterway developments are all (supposedly) in the planning stages. Which would you like to see completed first?

Hollander hotel just south of The Esplanade

Landscaping / public art to replace the sandy "volleyball court"

Public park just north of Johnny's Seafood

Completion of missing esplanade segments to Thea's Park

Large children's playground at 21st Street Park (soon to be re-named the George Weyerhaeuser Park)
