Reminder: Budget ratification meeting Thursday evening

There will be an HOA general meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, in the community room. Chief on the agenda is the ratification of the 2015 HOA budget. To see a copy of the proposed budget, click HERE.

Items of note:

• The proposed budget indicates a 9% increase in HOA dues.
• The link above shows the budget as originally proposed some weeks ago; the final budget up for ratification may contain revisions by the board.
• The budget may be passed with 82 "yes" votes from homeowners, OR will pass automatically without 82 "no" votes from homeowners. (The 82 votes constitute 51% of all 162 homeowners.)
