Daffodil Festival events this weekend

A reminder of a few events in the neighborhood this weekend related to the annual Daffodil Festival:

Saturday, 4/11

• Daffodil Challenge 5K run, 8:45 a.m. along Pacific Ave. and A Street. For more information, click HERE.
• Daffodil Festival Grand Floral Parade, 10:15 a.m. on Pacific Ave. The parade consists of over 180 entries, including floats, bands, marching, and mounted units. Floats are decorated with thousands of fresh-cut daffodils.

Sunday, 4/12

• Daffodil Marine Parade, approximately 12:15 p.m. on the Foss Waterway. The Tacoma Yacht Club hosts the Daffodil Royalty and dozens of other yachts and marine vessels.
