The next HOA board meeting is now scheduled for Thursday, 4/16 at 6:00 p.m. in the community room. Due to a scheduling conflict, the meeting is on the third Thursday of the month, instead of the typical second Thursday.
April's board meeting will be the first meeting for the newly-elected members of the board. All residents are welcome to attend the HOA board meetings - time is usually set aside for resident questions.
This blog is for news items, stories, photos, opinions, and other good stuff related to The Esplanade and our downtown Tacoma neighborhood. Guest blog posts are absolutely welcome, so please email your written items and photos for posting. Comments and guest rants are also welcome, but only if they are well-written in non-accusatory and constructive language. If you don't like those rules, get your own blog.
