Report neighborhood graffiti to city's rapid removal team

Esplanade Resident Tom Ebenhoh recently contacted "The Esplanade News" with information to share about graffiti removal. It seems as though there are numerous graffiti hot spots in the immediate vicinity of The Esplanade, on Dock Street as well as on the esplanade walkway. The city needs residents' cooperation in the prevention and removal of this graffiti.

"Rapid response" to graffiti seems to be an effective tactic; when "taggers" see that their work is very quickly and consistently painted over, they tend to move on. The city does have a rapid response team, but they need residents to let them know when and where graffiti appears.
