Esplanade residents recognized

Crime Stoppers of Pierce County and the Marine Corps League have recognized The Esplanade HOA for its participation in December's "Toys for Tots" drive. Resident Tom Ebenhoh, who has been instrumental in the "Toys for Tots" drive the last few years, was presented with a certificate (below) and a commemorative coin.

According to the organization's website, all of the toys that are donated in Tacoma and Pierce County are distributed to children within the local area by DSHS. The goal every year is to distribute in excess of 52,000 toys to deserving children throughout Pierce County.
