Monthly HOA income-expense report available

For the past several months, the Esplanade HOA Board and members of the HOA's Finance Committee have been working to make the association's financial documents more readily accessible. To that end, the August 2016 HOA financial summary is now available online, and, if all goes well, future monthly statements will likewise be posted to this website.

To view the report, go to the "Esplanade News" documents page (click HERE). Then, open the folder labeled "HOA Financial Documents." (Click on the small triangle to open the folder.) In this folder, you will see several documents, including the latest monthly report.

All financial documents are PASSWORD PROTECTED. To obtain the password to open the documents, contact Building Manager Karen DeGraw, or "Esplanade News" Editor Dan Hardebeck.
