More on HOA board elections (updated 2/1)

UPDATED 2/1

Election of new board members will occur at a general HOA meeting on February 13, 2019, at 6 p.m. in the community room. If you cannot attend the meeting to cast your vote, proxy votes are allowed. Information is typically mailed to all homeowners prior to the election, including a proxy form, which can be used to allow another owner to vote for you. Simply fill out the proxy form and give it to a trusted neighbor who will attend the meeting, and they can cast your vote.

See additional electoral procedures, duties of board members, etc. in the HOA bylaws HEREHOA members interested in running for the board should contact Property Manager Matt Brown.

Serving on the Home Owners' Association Board is a voluntary service to our community by well-intended neighbors, so much appreciation should go to the people who offer to serve on the board, whether they end up being elected or not. Disrespect, malicious undermining of the board, and hate-filled diatribes against these individuals should have absolutely no place in our community.
