HOA board elections February 13

A general meeting of all HOA members will be held February 13 at 6:00 p.m. in the community room. Please note that February 13 is a Wednesday, instead of the customary second Thursday of the month. This change was made to avoid a conflict with Valentine's Day. At the meeting, there will be elections of new HOA board members. Any homeowner interested in serving on the HOA board should contact Property Manager Matt Brown at mbrown@condohoa.net.

In some past years (but not all), this blog has offered space to HOA board candidates, to introduce themselves ahead of the meeting, and provide information on their candidacy. This year, that offer stands; any candidate wishing to submit information about themselves may do so. Please adhere to reasonable limits of length, appropriateness, respectfulness, etc.
