HOA board meeting Thursday; insurance will be a main topic

At the HOA board meeting on Thursday, 4/13, Ryan Stewart of the Partners Group will be on hand to present information on the building’s insurance policy. Mr. Stewart will also explain how the HOA's insurance on the building works in conjunction with homeowners' insurance policies on their individual units. This information may help homeowners determine if they have too much or too little coverage.

Homeowners are encouraged to bring their own condo insurance policies to the meeting to make sure their deductibles are in line with requirements the board is considering.

There will be ample time for questions and answers, and a "Meet the Board" social gathering will be held afterwards. The board meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the community room.
